TWO BREWERS YUKON SINGLE MALT WHISKY, RELEASE 19

Rich malt fruit reaches out of the smouldering finish.
Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt Whisky Release 19

Peated: Indistinct malt tones are veiled in the dusty haze of smoky embers. Notes of sweet ripe stone fruit swell across the tongue. Smoky resins entrained as the dram rolls back engorge the palate, as the rich malt fruit reaches out of the smouldering finish.

Notes from the distiller: At 76% peated mash content, our highest to date. 1/3 of the blend is our oldest peat mash and well developed malt palate still endures. The peat dominates the back and finish.

46.0% ABV. 750 mL.
