Featuring Ironclad Distillery’s signature four-grain bourbon, finished for six months in their own used barrels that previously flavored pure maple syrup from trees at Sweeter Creations Sugar House in Waddington, New York. The maple syrup imparts a subtle sweetness, with toasted wood and baking spice notes from the double oaking. .

Maple Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Ironclad Maple Syrup Cask Bourbon
  • 1 oz. good maple syrup
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • 3 dashes angostura bitters

Garnish

Garnish with orange peel and an Amarena cherry.

Preparation

In a mixing glass, stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice.

Maple Manhattan

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Ironclad Maple Syrup Cask Bourbon
  • 1 oz. sweet vermouth
  • 5 dashes coffee-cacao bitters

Garnish

Garnish with an orange peel twist.

Preparation

In a mixing glass, stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into coupe, served up

Lumberjack's Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. salted maple syrup
  • 5 dashes orange bitters
