Produced with the use of the finest quality Australian sourced dark brown sugar and double distilled using our 4 plate column still this cane spirit is barrel aged in an ex Shiraz, French Oak cask for one month and spiced with Kakadu Plum, Lemon Myrtle, Quandong, Wild Rosella and Wattleseed Plus 15 other Spices.
There is no sugar in this product and all spices used have been distilled from their source!

Preparation
Take a Highball glass. Squeeze lime wedges and drop in. Add bitters. Add lime juice, half of ginger beer and Spiced. Add ice half way up glass. Top glass up with ginger beer and garnish with a large sprig of mint.
