Made from 100% GMO-Free Corn Vodka, distilled 6 times and filtered 100 times through a carbon filtration process and blended with Cascade Springs water brings a clean, crisp taste with a sweet and smooth finish.

Recipes with South Sister Gin

Moscow Mule

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. North Sister Vodka
  • 3 oz. Ginger Beer (for the spicy kick)
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime

Garnish

  • Lime Wheel

Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a Moscow Mule mug or highball glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wheel.

The PBP Vodka Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. North Sister Vodka
  • Splash of Dry Vermouth
  • 1 drop of The Portland Bitters Project – Aromatic
  • Olive juice (as needed)
  • 2 or 3 olives

Garnish

  • 2 or 3 olives

Preparations
Swirl a splash of dry vermouth in your martini glass, and pour vermouth into shaker that is filled with ice. Add North Sister Vodka, The Portland Bitters Project-Aromatic and Olive juice to your liking and shake. Pour contents into martini glass through the strainer, and add olives!

Proper Mule

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. North Sister Vodka
  • Juice of a 1/2 Lime
  • 4 to 6 oz. of Ginger Beer
  • 2 Dashes of Portland Bitters Project – Woodland Bitters

Garnish

  • Lime Wedge

Preparation
Squeeze lime juice into a Collins glass (or Moscow Mule mug) and drop in the 2 dashes of PBP – Woodland Bitters. Add 2 or 3 large ice cubes, then pour in North Sister Vodka and fill with chilled ginger beer. Then enjoy you class act!

The Vodka Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. North Sister Vodka
  • Splash of Dry Vermouth
  • Olive juice (as needed)
  • 2 or 3 olives of your choosing

  • 2 or 3 olives

Lemon Drop

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. North Sister Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur
  • Juice of a Lemon
  • Lemon Peel
  • Super Fine Sugar (Colored sugar for extra decoration!)

Garnish

  • Lemon Peel

Preparations
Run a lemon wedge around the rim of the martini glass and dip in a plate or small bowl filled with the super fine sugar to coat the rim of the glass. Pour North Sister Vodka, Orange Liqueur, and lemon juice into shaker filled with ice. Shake well, and drain into sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel and enjoy!
