- 7-8 mint leaves
- 1.5 teaspoons sugar
- 2 ½ oz. California Cowboy Bourbon Whiskey
Garnish with a mint sprig.
Place the mint leaves and sugar in an Old Fashioned glass (or julep up if you have). Muddle well until the leaves begin to break down, releasing the oils and aroma and the sugar dissolves. Add the bourbon. Fill with crushed ice and stir well until the glass becomes frosty.
